International Orders
Currently, online purchasing through the Shopping Cart facility is only available to customers who specify a delivery address in Australia. If you are an international user interested in purchasing our products, please contact us with your request. Please note that where delivery charges are indicated on our Website, these charges are in respect of delivery to postal addresses within Australia only.
Completion & Processing Of Orders
Your online order has been completed once you have proceeded through the 'Checkout' section of the Shopping Cart facility and clicked the 'Submit' button. Once your order has been processed, you will be automatically e-mailed a confirmation of the order and a hard copy tax invoice in respect of your purchases will also be sent to you with your order.
If you make an error during the online ordering process, please contact us immediately to discuss whether your order may be re-submitted or cancelled. Please note that it is necessary for Willibean n' Lilibean® to exercise discretion in deciding whether to allow cancellation of orders placed through our Website.
While we make every effort to ensure that the Shopping Cart facility will be available, accurate and error free for the use of our online customers, Willibean n' Lilibean® will not be responsible or liable in any way for any interruption or discontinuance of any or all of the functionality of our Website, including, without limitation, online ordering through the Shopping Cart facility.
Availability Of Willibean n' Lilibean® Products
We appreciate your interest in our products and will endeavour to make available to all of our valued customers the full range of Willibean n' Lilibean® products featured on our Website.
From time to time, due to heavy demand or other factors beyond our control, Willibean n' Lilibean® products may be out of stock or temporarily unavailable. Where this is the case, these products will be identified by icons placed next to the products on our Website. In the unlikely event that a product from the Willibean n' Lilibean® range is discontinued, we will remove the product from our Website.
Pricing Of Willibean n' Lilibean® Products
The prices for all the products featured in the Willibean n' Lilibean® range are those prices displayed on our Website as at the date of purchase.
For your convenience, the price you will pay for your Willibean n' Lilibean® purchases will be confirmed by the amount appearing next to the requested products in your Shopping Cart and in the Checkout facility.
All prices appearing on the Website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Payment Terms
Full payment for Willibean n' Lilibean® products ordered from our Website is required at the time of placing your order through the Shopping Cart facility. Willibean n' Lilibean® does not offer delayed or instalment payments at this time. Payments for goods purchased online are currently accepted by most major credit cards and EFTPOS.
Willibean n' Lilibean® uses Australia Post, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays), to service our postal needs within Australia. We endeavour to post your order the same day it is received so that the order will reach you within 2-5 days of the order date, however, as we are reliant on Australia Post's delivery times, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates for products ordered from our Website.
Returns, Exhanges & Refunds
We take great pride in providing products which are of the highest standards of quality and workmanship. We also value our customers highly and as such, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases of Willibean n' Lilibean® products.
All products sold by Willibean n' Lilibean® are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Willibean n' Lilibean® will pay the postage costs for the return of defective products within the warranty period and the issue of repaired or replacement products.
Willibean n' Lilibean®'s obligations under this warranty are limited to repair and replacement of the defective products. This warranty is limited to materials and workmanship only and does not include failure to use the product in accordance with the specified instructions.
In the unlikely event that a Willibean n' Lilibean® product purchased is not the same as described by Willibean n' Lilibean® or shown on our Website, Willibean n' Lilibean® will happily replace the product or refund the purchase price (at our discretion) if the product is returned to us within seven (7) days of delivery.
In all other cases, Willibean n' Lilibean® will exercise its sole discretion as to whether to accept returns or exchanges of Willibean n' Lilibean® products and issue refunds, replacement goods or credits. The customer will bear the cost of return of the goods to Willibean n' Lilibean® in these circumstances.
Please note that Willibean n' Lilibean® will not issue refunds or provide replacement goods where products have been used by customers other than in accordance with the clear instructions provided with the product.
Cancellation Of Orders
Customers who wish to cancel an order for Willibean n' Lilibean® products placed through our Website for any reason, should contact Willibean n' Lilibean® directly to request cancellation.
Requests for cancellation of orders will be considered by Willibean n' Lilibean® on a case by case basis and Willibean n' Lilibean® will exercise its sole discretion in determining whether an order validly placed through the Shopping Cart facility on our Website may be cancelled.
Limitation Of Liability
All Willibean n' Lilibean® products are clearly labelled and provided with instructions as to appropriate and safe use. Willibean n' Lilibean® products should only be used in accordance with the specified instructions.
In no event will Willibean n' Lilibean® be liable for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever (including but not limited to consequential loss) directly or indirectly incurred by customers arising out of the supply, delay or failure to supply Willibean n' Lilibean® products purchased from our Website, to the greatest extent permissible by law and subject at all times to all non-excludable legal terms and statutes.
Willibean n' Lilibean®'s total liability for the breach of any non-excludable implied condition or warranty under statute is limited, in Willibean n' Lilibean®'s discretion to:
- the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; or
- the payment of the costs of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods.
